I work at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. I'm starting a political science Ph.D at Columbia in the fall. I went to Swarthmore; I spent the past two years teaching, first kindergarten D.C. with an Americorps group called City Year, and then HS English in rural Thailand through Princeton in Asia.
