Donia Gobar I am surprised about the confusion under which many people around the world suffer -- in the name of various fractions of religion. Would it not sound strange if people would start to fight for defending their own H2O because it is called with different names in various languages (Aab, Pani, Water, ....)? God, Khoda, Allah, Pagwan,....-- are all names for the same one entity -- The Creator, who in each place and in every language sends the message of peace, equality, love, helping others, and forgiveness. Why let another mortal to convince us in believing what he/she wants us to believe?

Donia Gobar It is not possible to express my reaction and views about International Women's Day in about 500 characters remaining, without creating misunderstanding and misconception. Donia Gobar Ah Douglas, I know it seems so far off and like a dream, but I refuse to believe that the world go on as is... towards disaster. We do not need to be perfect. We do not need to be the same or like the same food or movie or language or season or ........... or.....We just need to be decent (and different) human beings. We can make this world a Wonderful World, if only each one of us stop greed and violence. Simple! Our children learn what we want them to...Regardless of who, where, and when, we all are responsible for the path that humanity takes, and for what the history of humanity will hold for its future generations. Idea turns to action. So what is wrong having idealistic notions, if one also practices what one preaches? Every human being counts in the change that humanity requires.
Donia Gobar I know ... and I am ...thinking about life as is, in this vastly mind-testing world of ours --... and my involuntary attraction to honest and smart observations of life -- limitless yet so limited, borderless yet so bordered, fearless yet so feared..
Donia Gobar This is OUR world. No one has the right to limit life and existence for any human being on this earth. We should not fall into the trap of regulations made by a few who love to play puppet games. Violence only ends in violence, and reduces human beings to sub-humans. But logic and power of words and togetherness in wise decisions would move any barriers off the path to human rights. Remember that we the people are 99% of the world population. We just need to stop being manipulated and dragged into violence and confusion. This is OUR world and this is the future of OUR CHILDREN on this world !!!

Donia Gobar Intelligent solutions to problems use wisdom and words, not mindless aggression and violence. The human family on earth does not have to be dysfunctional. It takes wisdom and compassion to change the world for the better. When will we forsake the rules of jungle -- no matter how sophisticated the 'Chest-Beating' has become ? ? ?

However, my comment was not meant to be taken as invitation for responds of justifications, rather it was a sad observation of today's mentality among those who are thirsty to "get more and more and more....", and feeling sorry for their shortness of view about life and what is really important. The answer to my previous comment is: Greed, Selfishness, and lack of empathy and compassion for the world.
Donia Gobar What does urge people, countries, powers,... to become SUPER POWER, and WHY? Why there should be super power? Is not there enough for every one on this Earth? Is the greed and strive to become Super Power going to be our legacy we leave for humanity, our future, and our history? How long does one live? Why one would like to over power some one else /some other country/some other individuals...??? I always wonder about the disease of greed and violence, and I think it is the nature of education at home and in schools that needs to be changed towards common sense and logical existence. Greed and manipulations of a few, submissive behaviors by others, and blindfolded acceptance, leading to destruction of lives and hopes for humanity. It is the children who are the carriers of humanity to the future in this world of ours.

Donia Gobar The best way to teach a child about what is wrong and what is right, must be a teaching method that is logical, understands, listens, and explains calmly why something is right or it is wrong. To spank would be teaching a little person that physical punishment by the physically stronger individual is okay and acceptable. Would that be a logical solution to a problem? The best way to discipline a young human being is to calmly and respectfully explain why something is wrong. This would require time and patience, but the results would be very rewarding!

Donia Gobar I certainly hope that you continue to permit and publish the unchanged inputs by the people (unless it is vulgar and dirty language, which would be beneath the dignity of human language and useless), and let " the crowd to debate (and promote or reject) all opinions". A completely democratic location where people could express their opinions and to decently and meaningfully exchange their ideas, is what true freedom of voice means. Thanks.

No one ever has the right to claim what I believe or not, or what is my opinion about issues or groups! Humans are not bound by grouping ropes!
