Brianna Geisbush When was the last time you have stepped foot in a public school classroom? If you ever decided to get up the nerve to do just that, what you will find are teachers who are stuck between teaching the standards dictated by NCLB and teaching the way they want. Teachers need help and appreciation.
Brianna Geisbush I don't think it's a matter of getting your child out of public education. I think it's more of a matter of revamping the entire educational system in the US. Give teaching back to the teachers...where it should be. Trust me, we want it back. Only then will the needed changes come.
Brianna Geisbush What a nice letter to your future child. You have the greatest attitude towards being a parent: excitement, love, and understanding. I loved reading your letter, and I know your future child will as well!
Brianna Geisbush I agree with you on keeping the liberal arts in America's educational system. Liberal Arts is able to encompass vast areas of learning and can be integrated into all parts of a student's cirriculum. Keeping Liberal Arts will only increase American student's chances in an international economy.
