Mohamed Abolnaga I agree some countries are trying to act beyond their real capacity while others are far under their real weight and potential that applies to Qatar and Egypt.Yet still in that case Hamas was clear in praising Egyptian Diplomacy and Qatar's influence has always been there but no real settlements could ever take place except when real players potentials are unleashed which was encountered by the Arab Spring (still unaccomplished completely) in Egypt first and second in Syria (the main hub for Hamas's network).
