Wyn Hou You mean Pete Jackson likes the refreshing taste of milk in the morning
Wyn Hou This is what happens when you turn a 300 page book into 9 hours. I took me less than 4-5 hours to read the hobbit, so you can see where the problem lies.
Wyn Hou I knew that!
Wyn Hou Yeah it's Gary Mitchell and his assistant. http://i.imgur.com/G033d.jpg I hope that's not nurse chapel.
Wyn Hou I doubt it's Gary Mitchell. Probably not Khan, but I have a feeling it will be. Plus this: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A9cKMnJCEAIzjyP.jpg:large
Wyn Hou It's definitely Khan, and Spock definitely dies.
Wyn Hou If you really want to know my thoughts, I think Apple and Foxconn are bigger abusers of human rights than the Communist government ever will.
Wyn Hou You write "more people were executed in China than the rest of the world put together." Yet the sentence afterwards you say "Statistics on death sentences and executions remain a state secret." Contradiction in the opening paragraph isn't the best way to start an argument. Unless there is proof, I find it simply propaganda posturing at best. I agree that human rights is a global issue, especially in developing countries. Although it is very naive to think that in today's modern global economy, the one party authority in China is any different than the two party authority in the United States. The Chinese take state security seriously, just as Homeland Security does.
Wyn Hou Excellent piece.
Wyn Hou DJ Earworm's 2009 mix is still the best of all time! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNzrwh2Z2hQ
Wyn Hou The main issue is they simply don't have engines or engin. The Americans really screwed the Chinese aerospace industry in the 80's (partially also due to poor Chinese foresight), so they've had to play catch up especially in the area of aircraft engine design. The main issue they have now is simply the lack of very high grade metals and alloys, which of course Russia / Euro / US all have hoarded over the years. It's another reason why the US has been able to make all titanium aircraft while the Soviets had to resort to steel, they basically bought most of the high grade titanium out of the soviet union at bargain prices before people understood its value. Lots of sneaky shenanigans that went on to provide the US is vastly superior aircraf
Wyn Hou Texts are actually the header file sent during a call. They are literally worthless information that costs nothing and thus are the biggest money making scam from carriers.
Wyn Hou Espionage is one thing, like how the Americans made the F-15 to counter the Mig 25. This feels like iPhone knock offs, and we all know how good they are compared to the original.
Wyn Hou These designs look suspiciously like the US Predator drone
Wyn Hou Personally, as an atheist, I don't care what people do with nativity scenes. Just stay out of science and politics people. Stick to putting these things on the sides of roads. And no, I don't care who "created" the Universe. And no, you don't know either. Go get a quantum physics degree and then talk to me about "creation". Most religious states have the least amount of education. I wonder why that is.
Wyn Hou And you're absolutely right.
Wyn Hou I don't believe in the friend zone. It's a made up concept for guys who think they can't improve themselves in taste, style, physique, knowledge or assets in a way where they can make themselves more appealing to the opposite sex. Unless you've said something grotesquely stupid to the woman, and thus are forced in a platonic relationship with them, the sky's the limit. Just don't be stupid.
Wyn Hou Nice plaque.

Wyn Hou I was hoping someone would guess these trick answers. Yes the trains never collide and decelerating backwards (negative acceleration in the opposite direction is positive acceleration), the car will never stop. Anyway, these questions are usually taught in grade 4-5. Or at least I learned them in grade 4-5, it is a sad state of affairs if Americans don't learn these basic things at all.
Wyn Hou All politicians before entering office should be asked the following technical questions: How fast is the speed of light What is acceleration of gravity Which falls faster in vacuum, a bowling ball or a feather How much different are we to apes in terms of our genetic makeup? Oh here's a tough one: If your car was traveling at 50mph, and decelerated at 5m/h^2 in the opposite direction, how long does it take for your car to stop and start going backwards? Oh how about this one: Two trains leave two different cities traveling at each other, one is traveling at 100mph the other at 125mph, how long does it take for the trains to collide with one another? I don't believe that a majority of the senate can even answer the first one.
Wyn Hou Do they really expect the US to help them fight a multi trillion dollar war during another possible recession? Sounds like posturing to me.
Wyn Hou What can Israel actually do against Iran other than a few airstrikes on key targets?
Wyn Hou TV broadcast are very low power signals. What you're saying is we microwave manhattan (and even the microwaves in your microwave oven was miniscule compared to what we need) So no, wireless electricity is unfeasible without killing everyone on earth. Tesla on the other hand had an idea of using tesla towers to broad cast electricity. Notice how two tesla coils generate a strong strand of current, now enlarge it globally. Unfortunately, the amount of noise and light generated by such a current isn't feasible for every day use, it is simply MUCH easier to transmit electricity through wire. What will be a major breakthrough in the future is super conducting materials at near room temperature.
Wyn Hou Sorry, you have it completely wrong with AC DC comparison. AC is vastly superior to DC in every way possible. You're basically saying 56k is better than fibre optic cable.
