• Manage and train our network of over 800+ writers in 35+ countries across the world
• Edit and publish our original stories
• Direct PolicyMic's editorial voice and produce original content that millennials want to read and talk about

Skills.

• Passion for changing the world and empowering our generation
• Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and new media (ability to write content, edit, and promote work using social media)
• MA/BA in journalism, communications, English or political science preferred
• Social media guru (Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Google+, etc.)
