Because they give out more than 75 Grammy Awards, not all of them can be revealed live on the show.  Throughout the course of the day, winners have been announced.  For Best R&B Album of the year, Robert Glasper won for his latest album Black Radio.

Black Radio is Glasper's fifth album, and is his first full album with his Experiment band.  The album was the perfect combination of Hip-Hop and Jazz, and was one of my favorite albums of the year in any genre.  I would also highly reccommend seeing their live show, as his current lineup, featuring Casey Benjamin, Derrick Hodge, and Chris Dave, put on one of the finest sets touring right now.  Check out a video of Glasper and the Experiment performing "The Light" live:
