House Minority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) is addressing the American Enterprise Institute in Washington D.C. Tuesday noon in an attempt to rebrand a battered Republican Party after a 2012 electoral defeat that evidenced the GOP's disconnect with the country's new demographic reality.
Cantor will seek to offer a new "Conservative vision" to tackle America's most pressing problems in regards to social policy, offering solutions that Congress can act on to address a range of issues from immigration to education to health care.
