In the highly deserved awards of the night, Tina Fey took home an award for her role as the lovable (dorkable) Liz Lemon on 30 Rock. Her win came close on the heels of a win by Alec Baldwin ... sadly the show didn't win for best ensemble. 

In typical Fey fashion, she gave a gracious, smart, loving, and funny acceptance speech calling out her cast, and her friends (oh hi Amy Poehler).
