A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of two adults and three children, reportedly killing them inside an Albuquerque, New Mexico, home.
On Saturday night, police found five people dead: A man, a woman, two girls and a boy were found in the home with several gunshot wounds.
Multiple weapons, including an assault-type rifle, were found nearby, police said.
Full details are still unclear, including motive.
Investigators also were seeking to determine who owned several guns that were found at the home, one of which was a semi-automatic military-style rifle.
This would be the first mass shooting in 2013 in which the shooter used an assault rifle.
The gun debate in the U.S. has erupted, with Obama last week making historic executive orders on gun control ... including a new assault weapons ban.
